Questions
How much does WhatsApp marketing cost with Ora?
The WhatsApp campaigns module is ₹1,499 a month with 2,000 messages, and 5,000 more cost ₹499. It is included in the Business plan (5,000 messages a month) and Scale (20,000). Meta also charges for each message it delivers, about ₹0.78 for a marketing message in India; Meta bills your WhatsApp account directly and we add nothing on top.
Will my WhatsApp number get banned?
Numbers get limited when many people block or report messages. Ora sends only to people who contacted you or agreed to hear from you, honours STOP at once, caps how many offers one person gets, keeps to Meta’s daily limit, pauses itself if your quality drops, and shows a spam-risk score with advice.
Do I need the WhatsApp Business API?
Yes. Campaigns use the official WhatsApp Business API (Cloud API) on a number of your own. Use a different number from your AI chatbot, so replies to offers reach your team instead of using up AI replies.
Can I send to a list from Excel?
Yes. Upload a CSV, match the columns, and other columns like city or coupon become fields in your message. You confirm how each list agreed to hear from you, as WhatsApp and India’s DPDP Act require.
How is this different from WATI, Interakt or AiSensy?
