These Terms govern your use of Ora by Prophecius, its websites, apps, APIs and related services (the "Service"), operated by Prophecius Media Pvt Ltd ("Prophecius", "we", "us"). Your agreement is with Prophecius Media Pvt Ltd. By creating an account, subscribing or using the Service you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Ora is an AI assistant and toolkit for businesses. Depending on your plan it can answer customers on your website, WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and Telegram; take calls and make calls through your own phone line; review calls; manage leads and share them with your team; show shop and customer insights; take bookings; make quotes and invoices; send automated and campaign emails through your own mailboxes; and store shared logins in Team Vault. What each plan includes is shown on our pricing page and may change as we improve the Service.
You must give accurate details, keep your login safe, and be at least 18 and authorised to act for your business. You are responsible for everything done under your account, including by team members you invite. Tell us at once about any unauthorised use.
Some features run on accounts you connect and pay for yourself. Their charges and rules are between you and them:
We are not responsible for the availability, charges, decisions or changes of these providers.
You agree not to misuse the Service: no spam or unlawful messages, no messaging people who have not agreed where consent is required, no purchased or scraped contact lists, no infringing others' rights, and no attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service. Full details are in our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
You own the content and customer data you bring to the Service. You give us a limited licence to process it only to run and improve the Service for you. We do not sell your data and do not use your private conversations to train public AI models.
For your customers' personal data, you are the Data Fiduciary under India's DPDP Act and we are your Data Processor. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and use it, for answering your customers' requests, and for telling callers when calls are recorded. The consent notices, records and withdrawal tools we provide help you meet these duties but do not replace them.
The Service, including its software, design, the Ora character and our trademarks, belongs to us. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it during your subscription. You may not copy, resell or build derivative products from it except as we expressly allow.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". AI replies can contain mistakes and are not professional advice. Lead scores, call scores and "chance to buy" are automated estimates. Tax amounts on quotes and invoices are calculated from the rates you enter; you are responsible for their accuracy and for your GST filings. We do not promise the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any email or message will be delivered or read.
To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these Terms, do not pay, or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us, our users or others. When your account ends, your right to use the Service ends and we delete your data after a reasonable period, unless the law requires us to keep it. You can export your leads, people and chats before then.
We may update these Terms. We will tell you about significant changes in the Service or by email, and using the Service after they take effect means you accept them. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts where we are established, unless the law requires otherwise.
