Everyone with a Prophecius Bot account. You are responsible for what your bots say, what you teach them, and what the people you give access to do with them.
2.Never allowed
Accounts doing any of this are closed, usually without warning:
Pretending a bot is a human being when a customer asks directly whether they are talking to a person.
Impersonating another business, brand or person.
Selling or promoting anything illegal where you or your customer are.
Fraud of any kind, including fake offers, fake reviews, or collecting card details or passwords through the chat.
Sending bulk unsolicited messages, on WhatsApp, Telegram or anywhere else.
Harassment, threats, or content that attacks people for who they are.
Sexual content involving children, in any form. This is reported to the authorities.
Scraping or bulk-collecting personal data about people who have not agreed to it.
3.Needs care, not banned
Some uses are allowed but carry real duties, and they are yours:
Health, legal, financial or other regulated advice. Your bot must not present itself as a qualified professional.
Anything aimed at children. You must follow the law where your customers are.
Automated messages to people in the EU, UK, India and similar places. You need their consent, and our Cookies & Privacy tools help you get it.
4.Your customers' data is your responsibility
You decide what your bot collects. If you collect names, numbers or addresses, you must tell people why, and you must have a lawful reason to do it. We give you the tools; using them correctly is your part.
5.What we do about misuse
In rough order:
We contact you and ask you to fix it, when it looks like a mistake.
We pause the bot or the channel involved, when customers are at risk.
We close the account, when it is deliberate or serious.
We report it to the authorities, when the law requires us to.
No refund is due for a period during which an account was closed for breaking these rules.
6.Reporting misuse
If a Prophecius Bot is being used against you or someone else, tell us at propheciustech@gmail.com. Include the website or number where you saw it. We look at every report.
