How is NPS worked out?+

Ask “How likely are you to recommend us, 0 to 10?”. 9–10 are promoters, 7–8 passives, 0–6 detractors. NPS = % promoters minus % detractors.

What is a good NPS?+

Above 0 is fine, above 30 is good, above 50 is excellent and above 70 is world class.

What do I do with promoters?+

Ask them for a Google review straight away. Happy customers rarely review unless asked.
