1.Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") describes what is and isn't allowed when using Prophecius Bot (the "Service"). It forms part of our Terms & Conditions. By using the Service, you agree to follow this Policy and to ensure your team and your bot's configuration comply with it.

2.Acceptable use

You may use the Service to automate sales, support and customer engagement for your legitimate business, including answering questions, recommending products, taking orders and sending permitted notifications to customers who have agreed to hear from you.

6.Fair usage & limits

Each plan includes request and messaging limits. Sustained usage that materially exceeds your plan, or that risks degrading the Service for others, may require an upgrade or a partner arrangement. High-volume businesses (200,000+ requests/day) can apply for dedicated partner infrastructure.

7.Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the content your bot is trained on, the rules you configure, and the messages it sends on your behalf. You must ensure you have the rights and consents needed for the data you upload and the customers you contact, and that your use complies with applicable laws.

8.Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may warn, throttle, suspend or terminate accounts that breach this Policy, with or without notice depending on severity. We may also remove content and report unlawful activity to authorities where required.
