These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Prophecius Bot platform, websites, APIs and related services (together, the "Service"), operated by Prophecius ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Prophecius Bot provides AI-powered sales and support automation that can answer customers, recommend products and process orders across channels such as your website, WhatsApp and Telegram. Features, limits and channel availability depend on your subscription plan and may change over time as we improve the Service.
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to bind the business you represent. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by sending spam or unlawful messages, infringing others' rights, attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, or using it for prohibited activities. Full details are in our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
You retain ownership of the content, documents, product catalogs and customer data you provide ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited licence to process Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service for you. We do not sell your data and do not use your private conversations to train public models. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms such as Meta WhatsApp Business and Telegram. Your use of those channels is also subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, decisions or changes of third-party providers.
The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by us and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription. You may not copy, resell or create derivative works from the Service except as expressly permitted.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". AI-generated responses may contain errors and should not be relied upon as professional advice. While we work to maintain high availability and quality, we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us, our users, or third parties. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Service or email, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of the jurisdiction in which we are established, unless otherwise required by law.
