This Privacy Policy explains how Prophecius ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you use Prophecius Bot (the "Service"). We act as a data controller for your account information, and as a data processor for the customer data you process through the Service on behalf of your business.
We use information to provide, operate and improve the Service; authenticate accounts; process payments; deliver support; ensure security and prevent abuse; send service and (with consent where required) marketing communications; and comply with legal obligations.
Conversations and content are used to generate responses and to operate features for your account. We do not sell your data and do not use your private business conversations to train publicly available models. Where third-party AI providers are used to deliver responses, we send only what is necessary and rely on providers that do not retain data for training under our agreements.
We share information with trusted sub-processors who help us run the Service, such as cloud hosting, AI model providers, the payment processor (Razorpay), messaging platforms (Meta WhatsApp, Telegram) and analytics/email tools. These parties are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations. We may also disclose information where required by law.
